Shipping & Tracking:
On most items the default shipping at checkout is standard shipping. This means first class for orders in the UK, and standard international shipping. This will not include tracking information.
Due to bigcartel's limited features, I have to have tracked shipping as a seperate product. Therefore an upgrade for tracked shipping is available to purchase if you wish to recieve tracking for your order.
This is recommended especially for international and large orders.
If you would like tracked shipping please go to the upgrades category in the products tab, or click here, and add the correct one to your cart.
Uk, US, and elsewhere worldwide is available. Please select the correct option matching the delivery address to avoid any delays in shipping.
If you do not purchase a tracked shipping upgrade and your order does go missing I am usually able to offer a replacement order. However please note that replacements given without compensation from Royal Mail will be a curtesy from me if I am able to do so at the time.
Shipping Times
Please note during launches/restocks & busy periods, processing times can be 1-3 weeks. Currently Trippy Witch is a one person run business, but processing times will speed up as the business grows.
After processing & packing:
Orders within the UK usually arrive 1-3 days after shipment, and internationally 2-4 weeks. Sometimes there are delays within Royal Mail that are out of my control. Please allow 4 weeks for your order to turn up within the UK, and 6 weeks internationally.
If for some reason you need your order by a certain date, please let me know in the order notes & checkout and I will do my best to accommodate.
