How often do you release new items?

I usually launch new collections monthly, with small new releases throughout the month. Keep an eye for new posts and announcements on my business instagram page and tik tok page @TrippyWitchOfficial, and join the mailing list here to stay up to date with new products and restocks. 

Something I want is sold out, will you be adding more?

Some items are one of a kind due to the nature of process, but most of the time can be recreated in a similar way at least. If an item you want is out of stock, please contact me with the form available in the "contact" tab. Sometimes I do have extra stock I can upload onto the site for you, or I can order more materials in if there is demand.

What if my product is damaged/broken?

All orders are packaged carefully and appropriately. Boxes are used to prevent damage during shipment. However, sometimes these things still occur within the postal service that is out of my control.

If you receive your order and it is damaged please email me using the contact form provided on this website.

Please include your order number, description and photo of the problem. 

Usually damaged items can be replaced or remade. As resin items and resin colours are handmixed and made custom/to order, shades and exact design can vary each time. 

Please bare in mind Royal Mail only covers loss and damage up to £20 in most cases, so it is recommended to include a tracked upgrade when purchasing a larger order. 

Any replacements given without compensation from Royal Mail will be a curtesy from Trippy Witch if I am able to do so at the time.
